Choose SMALL BUSINESS! We had a problem with our security system. I called and spoke to Donna and gave her all the information. The next day Scot was out to inspect our problem. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue. I would highly recommend them. Very reasonable and reliable. Don't get a 2nd opinion. They are worth calling. Thank you JDS. Nicole M.
Recently, I had a problem with my alarm not working. I asked Alarmpro to come out to check the alarm system. The tech came here and looked at the system and said we do not have the parts and cannot service this system. He wrote me an estimate for a new system and then charged me 112 dollars for a service call. I was upset and not thinking so I wrote a check to pay the bill.
