From the phone call at 3:40 pm day before NYE, to the guys who showed up, I could tell this company cared about their customers. Though I was new to them, the empathy Jenny expressed towards our situation was evident! She listened with empathy, called 2 of her guys who just happened to be on a call not too far away and called me back, as promised, with the promise they would swing by and assess our situation. Love this company! Jeni calls you back and gets you answers fast. Great work and very reasonable prices, prompt, and clean work. JD Plumbing came to the rescue immediately when I had an emergency. The owner went out of his way to help and the staff did a great job. I highly recommend JD Plumbing. Excellent customer service!
Jeff is a very nice guy and does excellent work, but the prices are outrageous! I paid $460 to have our tankless hot water heater flushed out. Per Google the Average cost is $150–$350. I paid the bill and it was my fault for not asking for an estimate price before they came out. It costs less to pump my septic tank and cart away all of the contents than to run some chemicals through my tankless and wait.
