This is a terrible company. It's run by one guy who is the town drunk of Wyoming, DE. My elderly neighbor lady used him and he took complete advantage of her. He even ruined her glass door and it took several neighbors fighting for her on her behalf to get him to fix it. He treats his assistants very poorly. He's been known to steal from his tenants, and worse yet- slap them around. (Just do a background check and you will see). He's a grumpy old putz who doesn't care about your lawn. Beware!!!!
