Had JDS come out in June of 2019 to replace an old wooden retaining wall in my backyard, communication was fine and they came out and did the work. Come April of 2020 the wall they built had started to lean, after several messages back and forth from myself and my husband they finally came out to look at it and said they would be back to fix it, they never showed up and I never heard from them again.
