Horrible experience, mobile technician comes over, doesn't do anything, doesn't report the issues, diagnoses the wrong parts, then charges $500.00 and claims that he needs to come back the next day and replace that wrong part. Highly recommend that you avoid this shop.

Jose is a wonderful person, very honest
Hard to find honest roadside repair in the trucking business but Jose was upfront and very transparent about reasonable pricing, ETA to arrive for service very professional and reliable demeanor. Got my truck back on the road under an hour. Highly arecommend in Dallas area for any roadside issue.
