I have been seeing James for many years. He is always very helpful and friendly. I broke my ankle in 2009. Months later, I still couldn't walk due to foot issues because I have very high arches. I was going into the hospital physio every 5 days for quite some time to get my foot taped up so I could walk. After a while, they sent James in to see me. I highly recommend JDP orthodics. James was very welcoming, kind, and patient with my elderly dad. My dad couldn't speak more highly of them either.
As a Stroke survivor , James was able to assist me in working out my weird walking and was fantastic and friendly. Explained everything and really looked after me and as a person with a disability it’s nice to know I wasn’t taken advantage . Can’t recommend this place more. The level of care is next level!

Highly recommend JDP Orthotics! Had an appointment with James who was very thorough in working out exactly what was best for my new orthotics. He was happy to adjust them if I needed but they have exceeded my expectations and I haven’t required any changes. They have helped prevent the pain I previously had in my heels and lower legs. James takes extra care with his work and genuinely cares about his customers and getting them the best possible results - I would definitely recommend to others!
