Having just picked up my new orthotics from James, I can only say his service and wonderful expertise with my fitting are tops. My previous orthotics from James lasted over many years even though I gave them strenuous workouts. As an avid Bushwalker it means my feet are kept in great condition. The orthotics managed many river crossings and lasted well beyond the time I imagined. I know I will have these new orthotics for many years . Thanks James for your great service.

He didn’t rush the appointment and went through everything step by step focusing on what would help my recovery best. He also gave really helpful advice when choosing suitable work shoes.
