I had a very very good and peaceful day experience with JDN. Their management is top notch. Thanks JDN for all you do.
We helped a student move into a property managed by JDN Property Management and arrived to a residence infested with cockroaches, had mouse droppings on the counter and garbage everywhere. The property has holes in the walls, broken windows and garbage all throughout the property. It's clear that no inspection was completed since the previous tenants moved out the day prior and that this company was banking on students not complaining about the health hazards of the property.
We had a fantastic experience working with JDN Property Management, especially with Crystal as our agent. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend JDN and Crystal for anyone in need of top-notch property management services.
**UPDATE: Today the maintenance guy has come, Marty, and he has been great! I appreciate how promptly and thoroughly my main issues/concerns have been addressed and have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars to reflect that. I have recently rented an apartment through JDN properties. Crystal has been super nice and always replies fast, etc. However, I was told the apartment would be cleaned prior to the move in date - and it may have been “touched up” slightly but the overall condition/cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival... read more
Very accommodating, on short notice, crystal took the time out of her personal time to show me the place. And sent the information over very promptly and quick to get the job done Was able to answer all my questions on the spot. Highly recommend them if your searching for apartments
