I was looking for an apartment to rent in St Thomas. I had reached out to JDN properties for their units on Manor Rd. I was put on a waiting list and within a short time I received a phone call letting me know they were going to have a showing. I was very excited to see the units as it is located where I wanted to be. Crystal Ansems showed the units. I have been trying to contact the owner at JDN Property Management since last Friday (today is Wednesday). Despite leaving phone messages and messages through messenger, I have heard no response? My daughter and I had viewed a lovely apartment, she applied, was told she was accepted, signed a lease, gave a deposit and was planning her move. Avoid JDN if possible. Make sure you know your tenant rights if you rent with JDN.
Had a lease and space to move into for june1st 2026 in wortley village, already paid my rent for last months and offered to pay first months rent. They told me today they are cancelling the signed lease and now I have 1.5 weeks to find a new rental place or I become homeless since I already have my notice to my current landlord. Never missed rent payment ever, have great references and credit score plus offered a guarantor.
