The rental application process was smooth and crystal was great at answering any questions I had!
Yeah I went to view a room in a 4 bedroom house for students. I don't know when it became customary to choose specifically this criteria but I do know I am not the "student" they're looking for. What they want is young people who have parents to sign for them who are too naïve to complain or are too inexperienced to do so. 3/4 bedrooms haven't rented and they're leaving empty intentionally. The rooms are overpriced for what they are. They don't want to rent to individuals but groups so they can create loophole in joint lease... read more
