I have had a terrible experience ever moving into this house managed by JDN property. First one being the frequest entry by some trade workers who come into the house to conduct some works constantly leaving the house messy with no cleanup at all afterwards. On another occasion arriving home from work just to realize that the codes to enter the house were changed without informing the tensnts, unfortunately for me my phone had died I had to go find a restaurant who had a staff kind enough to let me chantge my phone, only the... read more
She made this experience super easy for someone who doesn’t know what there doing.
I can not recommend JDN properties enough, especially working with crystal, amazing communication and easy to follow instructions to get my family into a beautiful new home , we are so excited to continue our relationship with them going forward. It was so incredible to talk to someone who treated us as humans and not just numbers in a system, exceeded all our expectations.
That was a great service, we are really happy with the service and the help, always respectful and helpful, great service of Crystal.
