Awful property management company, they try and take advantage of students at Western University. If you are a student, try finding another place not worth the struggle.
Do not rent with JDN if you are a student. I can't stress enough how badly JDN, specifically Tate takes advantage of students and young adults. My roommates and I made the mistake of renting with JDN without doing our research and checking their reviews. We ended up moving into a house that had not been cleaned, with no fridge, a wasp infested bathroom, no microwave, plumbing issues, holes in the wall, loose toilet, broken cabinets, and the list goes on. My family and I have had a wonderful experience with this company, specially Crystal. She is so kind, friendly, and helpful. I'm sure I asked so many questions that she wondered if she made a mistake! Haha Just kidding, she answered all my questions and made sure we all fully knew what was happening with the application, and the lease signing. She made picking up the keys easy too. We are all so grateful to have found JDN/Crystal and our new home! Thank you so much! We are sure we will have delightful years ahead.
Just starting out the journey with the new place and I can honestly say so far I am very impressed with the company! They are very quick to emails and address any concerns we may have. They show kindness and respect, it has been a smooth process moving forward!
