Cant recommend these people, my schooling was only for a few months and they signed me onto a 2 year long lease, no way to break it. The first place I lived in they decided to tear the walls and floor out while I still lived in the place (along with others). The second house they put me in had rats chewing through my walls, dirt everywhere and I have no where to put any of kitchen things. Honestly I think these guys are con artists. STAY AWAY
I have been dealing with Crystal from JDN Property Management for a few months dealing with my daughters lease for school. Crystal has always gone above and beyond with making herself available with questions, phone calls, showings etc. She has been patient and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you Crystal for ensuring my college student has a safe place to live!! Highly recommend!!!!
