We had 2 trees that were in really bad shape. One was full of water and rotting. We were afraid of the trees coming down the next big storm. Scott came out and gave us an estimate. He was friendly and professional. They came out just a few days later. The crew was amazing! They all worked as a well oiled machine together and got a very big job done in about 6 hours. JDM was spectacular. Rick and Amber came out and looked at my trees, listened to my concerns, and explained what trees were doing great and what ones needed to be cut down. Their crew arrived, all very polite, worked great together, and cleaned up everything right down to raking up debris. Brandon, the crew leader, went through everything with me before starting. The JDM tree service showed up on time and did. Great job trimming and removing the branches and leaves. They were courteous and respectful.
Whole process went very well. Appreciated very much Rock offering Proof of Insurance without us requesting one. Will keep this group in my tree cutting go to and refer list.
