I just went through the process of buying an apartment and Jeff made the process as seamless as possible. Best of all was his business model where he split his fee with us 50/50. Jeff is a great guy (I am a friend of his wife's) and I would recommend if you are in the market to buy or sell. Jeff also has a master's in real estate and a bachelor's in Architecture so he can added a lot of context and insight from various angles.
