JDL was incredibly easy to work with, and the floors came out great! They were responsive, fit us in right away, and very professional.
My parents had this company do wood flooring for them and it turned out great, so their work quality is good, my lack of stars is because I contacted them for a quote, they had me measure my own rooms, find out the brand of the flooring I wanted matched, then never responded and when I followed up I was told I could order the flooring myself and they would install it for $2.50 per sqft, that’s not the type of service that i would expect from a flooring company and it was not the service my parents got (they came and measured... read more
