JDL Ventures purchased the house next door to my elderly 86 year old mother in Mine Hill, NJ. They knocked down the retaining wall on the property at 11 Park Avenue and did an atrocious job of grading the property down onto my mother's property without a survey and without providing her with a written plan or getting her permission to change the grade on her yard and the drainage of run off water.
