Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with JADE SHI. I will never use this brokerage again nor will I ever recommend any to buy or sell with them. The real estate climate is not doing very well currently and so their professionalism and adherence to their standards should be emphasized greatly, however, she wasted my time and energy.
