Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with JADE SHI. I will never use this brokerage again nor will I ever recommend any to buy or sell with them. The real estate climate is not doing very well currently and so their professionalism and adherence to their standards should be emphasized greatly, however, she wasted my time and energy. Ever bought a pre-construction from this Realty, their team are so nice and responsible, pretty patient to assist me with all steps to go forward. Lucky me having this team for my first time pre-construction purchase.
Sheng Chu was the most unprofessional realtor I have interacted with. Drove 50 minutes for a showing, waiting out front, for her to message that it is already sold. Would not use her.
Worst agency I have ever dealt with. I just leased a unit and they have been so frustrating to deal with as they missed our offer's irrevocable time by more than 48 hours. They work super slow so don't expect to have anything done quickly. My agent also never dealt with the listing agent, she dealt with 4 different assistants (not licensed) that made numerous errors on our forms so our paperwork has been scratched out and revised everywhere.
