Great experience overall. Was able to connect a friend with a property with little to no lag time. We have been able to not only find a great property but now seem to have a great new friend.
Great guy. In this day and time when help is so hard to find, the owner went above and beyond. You can tell he is trying his hardest and is very sincere and helpful.
Would not recommend JDK Extremely hard to get him to return calls, does not give out violations even after he told us he would, been a no-show for numerous meeting. We have a lawyer involved now.
Have been unimpressed by my current experience. They manage my condo property, and a few weeks ago one of the sprinkler pipes burst, flooding my condo. Throughout the process, both the management team and a contact who was on site the day it happened have been nearly impossible to get in touch with. Messages to the office seemingly go unheard, and calls back are a pipe dream. Regretting buying a property that they manage, make sure you don't make the same mistake.
