I just wanted to make you aware of the tremendous loss you have caused to our community with the closing of Quaker Steak and Lube in Pinellas Park, Fl. This was clearly one of your better locations and has become like a second home to many. They were always there to step up and run benefits for those in need. Great car shows, cruise ins and bike meets took place every week over the years giving people a place to share their love of these hobbies. Unlike the song, we knew what we had long before the closing.

This hospitality department needs to seriously audit the management at their Danville Perkins location. The store culture is toxic and hostile, with managers and select waitstaff actively digging into employees' private lives and talking trash behind their backs. It is a massive HR liability and a completely unprofessional environment. A hospitality group should know how to enforce basic workplace respect and privacy, but they are completely failing here

Whoever runs this company has clearly never been to any of their locations… because they all kind of suck. For a company that prides itself on customer service and efficiency, it really doesn’t show. Everything just feels bland and poorly run, like no one’s paying attention to the actual experience.

QS&L in Portage IN is a real let down service is slow, almost non-existent. Facility is old and no preventative matinence. Old race cars/replicas outside are rusting away the inside is bleak and sad. This location is obviously only kept running for the little profit it brings in if any. Just go up the road 30s and go to Hooters instead.
