John and JDK auto sound and security were absolutely great to work with. I was told by my dealer I would need to completely replace my car radio, but John worked with me to facilitate figuring out what was wrong and getting a refurbished radio for 1/3 of what I was quoted at the dealer. John is honest, easy to work with, and is great at communicating. We will definitely come back for all of our car audio needs!
We highly recommend John for his services! Not only he's knowledgeable, patient, he has fair prices. What impressed us the most is that he did an upgrade on the sound system for our 2022 Chevy Silverado over a year ago and when something went wrong (that had nothing to do with his service) he never hesitated to schedule a visit and take a look - you don't see that kind of professionalism in today's day. We sincerely appreciate the honesty, the professionalism and the great services we got. We'll always come back to JDK!

John at JDK made sure to tell me all I needed to know about my dashcam. He installed it so much better than I could have, keeping it hidden and avoiding interfering with the air bag functions. Great choice!
