Dr Kaminsky is wonderful! BUT this office ( administrative staff and some of the nurses are AWFUL ) They are miserable, rude and not welcoming!! FIND a new job if you hate your life so much. I am bringing all 4 of my kids to a new provider
This place is disgusting to me. They put their own opinions above your Childs welfare. I have NEVER been so disappointed and angry with a doctors office in my life; and I'm in my 40's and have been to a lot of doctors myself. This is my child and this office replaced a licensed therapists' recommendation on a mental health issue beneath a general practitioners opinion. When did there doctors become psychologists??? I really like my kids pediatrician, but the office is not welcoming. Difficult to reach someone on the phone, always busy. They are just running a business. Stay away!
The doctors office termed their care of our kids without any explanation. Maybe because my daughter has been sick with the same issue for 4 months (and had multiple visits to their office) with her condition not changing had something to do with it.... I would have at least liked them to let me know why they did this to us! My kids and I all loved the doctors. I feel blindsided by them!
I couldn't agree more with NFLFan92. We absolutely loved the doctors. The back office and billing practices are worse than we have ever experienced. Our concerns were completely ignored. We will NOT be going back.
The physicians are EXCELLENT but the business office is terrible beyond comprehension. Even when a child has double insurance coverage (one plan pays 100%) they will still find a way to bill (erroneously) for thousands--and be rude about it. We left the practice and will NOT be going back...ever. Be warned!
