Been going here for 3 years. The reception is quick and friendly. They check you in, receive your forms and direct you to a waiting area. When you leave they are very efficient in making your follow up appointment, with blood requisition and other documents. The literature I received explained my condition thoroughly. Dr. Cohn is concise in his questions, very helpful in explaining in layman's terms what my problems are, medically. Dr. Cohn is direct in answering my questions.
