So I came to Jefferson Dental because one of the crowns that they put in my mouth came loose and they charge me $49 for an exam just to tell me that the tooth underneath the crown fractured and the only thing they could do is pull it and never gonna charge me to pull it. I had very bad experience , from making several mistakes on my chart to overcharging me for service I never got .I called several times to speak to a manager, and she was never available , I ask for Regional Manager and I couldn’t get in touch . The staff could never give me a phone number for any manager . I am so ready to get an attorney to take care of my situation with Jefferson dental .
My mother had a procedure started and they never finished the job and she has been paying her Carecredit and is about to pay it off and they still have yet to finish the job. No one in the offices or corporate will answer her questions on when they will be able to see her to finish the procedure. They robbed her of money. If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not do business with these crooks.
these people all are total rip offs whatever you do don’t go there to any of their locations they triple charge. You refuse to reimburse you the overages been waiting three months for $600 refund. Given the runaround can’t talk to nobody. Nobody knows nothing they lie to you beware .
