I had a terrible experience with this therapist and would never recommend her to anyone. I felt she was cold, unapproachable, and I never felt comfortable during our sessions. Instead of helping, the sessions left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point where my body physically tenses up just thinking about her. Terrible therapist. She literally gave me even more trauma, cuz I totally didn't have enough of that in spades already... When I think about her my body tightens up with anxiety, seriously. I'm so glad I eventually had the brains to cut her out of my life and found a new therapist. 0/10 Don't recommend to anyone. I'll admit she was *slightly* helpful at times, but that small amount of help was definitely NOT worth the extra trauma I got from her. This place has a working but none responsive phone line and they never answer or return your messages back when u call them to set up services very upsetting . What kind of psychology assessment services is this . Did they shut down and no longer have services but yet still have a working bustiness line .. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
