Went to the store today to complete an exchange with a gift receipt for air maxes and 270s. When I asked if they could give me merchandise credit the cashier asked the manager next to her. Then the manager said they didn’t have any gift cards available. I went on to look through the shoes. I asked if they had any women’s 270s for the exchange. The manager said they didn’t have any size 8s. I requested to exchange the air maxes from a size 11 to a size 12. They did have it but they charged me full price for the size 12 and ga... read more
The girls that work there on there phones don't even aak if you need help. They stayed behind the counter as they continued to talk to one another. Finally, went up to the counter to ask for assistance, then the girls seemed bothered. What happened to customer service? I won't be returning to this store. I needed to buy 5 pairs of shoes too. If you want customers service don't come here! Date 1/2/26 time of incident 11am. You might want to train your employees how to provide customer service too!
