Had a great experience at JD in Downey. Sophie helped me out and went above and beyond making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Super patient, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience easy. I ended up leaving with two pairs and couldn’t be happier with them. I really appreciate the customer service, Sophie. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for her if you need help finding something. 🙌🏽
I want to give a huge shout-out to Sophia for helping me through a stressful situation. I was mistakenly sold two of the same-side shoes at another location, and when I called them to resolve it, they were completely unhelpful and refused to process the exchange. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since corporate explicitly told me it shouldn't be an issue. Fortunately, Sophia was friendly, empathetic, and went out of her way to handle the return smoothly. Her customer service was amazing!
