Earlier this week, me and my son went to JD sports to purchase some shoes. As we entered the store instantly by Alisha. She was very helpful, made numerous trips to the back to ensure we had exactly what we needed. I have been to that location before and had terrible service. It appears they're fostering a friendlier environment which is great. Thanks again for the great service Alisha!

I Had a horrible experience today in this store, I was initially in the store to buy my boyfriend some Nike shoes for Christmas but I received rude customer service instead from one of your employees, he is a black Heavy set guy with glasses with wondering eyes. He made rude comments towards me and my wardrobe! Which I deemed extremely inappropriate, I felt it was not his place to make nasty comments on my wardrobe.
