I went to the store to exchange a gift for my daughter. Not only was the sales associate MYA quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, she was friendly which is rare nowadays!
Muy pobre la atención, desde el manager hasta los empleados, solo una chica (shenaya creo) pero ni un saludo, no te ofrecen nada, le pides un un tenis y ni te miran, que horrible la atención. Yo soy vendedora y sé que el servicio al cliente es lo principal porque un cliente bien atendido que viene por un zapato puede llevarse cinco. Al final nos fuimos a comprar a otro lugar. Horrible. Employees standing around behind counter not doing anything. All customers overwhelmed to find someone to help them . Employees on cell phones and talking to each other instead of helping
Terrible customer service!! Don’t honor their return policies!
