Jimmy from the moment I walked in was very helpful and very welcoming, quick and fast service, providing excellent customer service.
My experience was frustrating. The phone lines are consistently unanswered, the wait time in person was extremely long, and many of the staff appeared to be new and in need of additional training. Improving customer service, communication, and overall efficiency would greatly enhance the experience for those seeking assistance.

I had such a great experience thanks to Kevin at JD Sports in Cumberland Mall! He’s tall, light-skinned, and honestly one of the kindest people I’ve met. He was super patient helping me find exactly what I needed and made me feel like I was the only customer there. If you want great service, definitely ask for Kevin!
