I had such a great experience thanks to Kevin at JD Sports in Cumberland Mall! He’s tall, light-skinned, and honestly one of the kindest people I’ve met. He was super patient helping me find exactly what I needed and made me feel like I was the only customer there. If you want great service, definitely ask for Kevin!
This will be my last time here. I’m so tried of companies forcing you to give your email to make a purchase. When I questioned it, the cashier flipped the screen around and told me I can just type it in myself. Mildly annoying but worth ny time to review
I recently started working near Cumberland Mall and started shopping at JD’s In the Mall however there is one gentleman/ Manager I must say really stands out as far as customer service and Great attitude. His name is Caleb Clements ASM. He also put me on the fact they always have a weekly sale on sneakers, which brings me back twice a month so thanks again Caleb for all your hard work dedication helping customers.
