I tried my best to callback for a name!!!!! Simply put, the crew was absolutely awesome from the time I walked through the entrance to my departure. The crew should not be hesitant on providing names. lol. I was more excited to give this review than my purchase. Great job Crew Team and alll!!!
Naomi was great! I had a request she couldn’t honor, but she wasn’t nasty about it. She helped me navigate the website for a coupon. I will definitely be shopping here more. Plus they had a great selection!!!
I went to the store to exchange a gift for my daughter. Not only was the sales associate MYA quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, she was friendly which is rare nowadays!
Muy pobre la atención, desde el manager hasta los empleados, solo una chica (shenaya creo) pero ni un saludo, no te ofrecen nada, le pides un un tenis y ni te miran, que horrible la atención. Yo soy vendedora y sé que el servicio al cliente es lo principal porque un cliente bien atendido que viene por un zapato puede llevarse cinco. Al final nos fuimos a comprar a otro lugar.
