Jimmy did an outstanding job. He greeted us promptly, assisted us with finding sizes quickly for Asics, and was well mannered. My girlfriend and I went to an alternative location before visiting Cumberland and was met with subpar service. All the employees were sweet and attentive. It was refreshing to be met with polite, quick, and genuine service before closing hours. Thank you!
I had a very disappointing experience with JD Sports Store #69 Town Center after purchasing a pair of Nike Air Max 90s on 3/27. After wearing the shoes, I noticed the heel area was defective. The issue wasn’t visible from the outside it was the material underneath the fabric behind the heel that constantly rubbed against my heel and would pull my sock down while walking.
