I understand it gets busy and it’s back to school season, so everyone is looking for last minute shoes, but that store was extremely messy and unorganized. There were multiple people in there working, but no one greeted us or asked if we needed help despite walking past us several times (mind you without saying excuse me). There was no one working on recovery while the other employees assisted the couple of families in there. The store was beautiful when it first opened up, and now it shows how unattended it’s been.

Went in today looked around and grabbed some socks for my daughter and the only two customers in the store at the time. I stood at the register ready to check out and was standing there for 3 minutes!!! Made eye contact with employees and all and still didn’t get checked out. I left the socks and walked out and employees didn’t even care.

Don’t ever come to the store The people work there they don’t serve you they don’t say hi. Nothing you have to come ask for them. For size. They just stand around look like they don’t want work Never come back ..

Worst sneaker store I’ve bin to I spent $720 on multiple pairs of sneakers no type of discount or atleast a free pair of socks never again I rather go to cherryhill mall or snipes where they acknowledge what u spend
