Great selection but shockingly inattentive staff. Store didn’t seem understaffed, but staff that were working didn’t seem interesting in helping anyone at the store despite nearly no one in the store.
Me and my coworker came in looking for Phillies gear ( mainly a hat to match our jerseys) on August 6th at around 11:40am and we came across JD’s . We walked in and there was no AC in the store and it was relatively hot outside for starters. We proceeded to walk to the back and we finally saw an associate. We asked her where the hats were located and she proceeded to point to the hats . I’m not sure if she didn’t want to talk but we found that very rude. This place feels like a 100 degree, extremely hot for a normal weather outside, as soon you come in workers are sweating and you feel like roasted chicken in there.
I think it being. So hot in their makes for a unhealthy environment but I like the staff and the tall guy was helpful
I love this store but the service here is soooo slow!!!!!
