All the workers stood in the corner talking to each other no one said anything to me i just leaved I want a pair of shoes
The entire store was in total chaos and disarray. The young lady was helpful but had to start to leave before she’d went back to get the shoes I wanted. She finally brought my wife’s shoe and it was the wrong size. So I stood in line for a while 10 minutes when they went to check me out there was only one shoe. They sent a guy to get the other shoe. Instead of going to get them he went up front. We left went to Dick’s and bought 3 pairs of shoes. Total Total CHAOS !!!!!
Earlier this week, me and my son went to JD sports to purchase some shoes. As we entered the store instantly by Alisha. She was very helpful, made numerous trips to the back to ensure we had exactly what we needed. I have been to that location before and had terrible service. It appears they're fostering a friendlier environment which is great. Thanks again for the great service Alisha!
Kraig and other staff were awesome, loved the energy and atmosphere
Ryann was awesome and helpful, even after her and her manager had to deal with a difficult customer.
