Customer service is the worst. The system of getting a pair of shoes is the worst. One visit after 30 mins I left With out a pair of sneakers. Today I went to exchange a pair of sneakers because I was given a men’s sneaker instead of women’s for my mother. I waited for a simple exchange for a 15 mins .. decided the store doesn’t deserve my business and asked for my money back.
This place is beyond disorganized and the customer service is horrible. Nobody will ask you if you need help so you have to go searching for someone. It takes about 20 minutes for someone to retrieve a pair of shoes that were requested. I would seriously hate to see their stock room because that would be the only reason why it should take so long is of its a mess. The attitude of the workers is just altogether wrong. It doesn’t seem like the store is being managed at all.
Waited over 40 minutes for my son’s sneakers to be brought to register. I left went to another store and came back and they still hadn’t brought them up. 4 employees standing around bickering about who’s going to lunch first. The customer service was thee worst!!! And it wasn’t even crowded so they were just unprofessional.
Great selection but shockingly inattentive staff. Store didn’t seem understaffed, but staff that were working didn’t seem interesting in helping anyone at the store despite nearly no one in the store.
Me and my coworker came in looking for Phillies gear ( mainly a hat to match our jerseys) on August 6th at around 11:40am and we came across JD’s . We walked in and there was no AC in the store and it was relatively hot outside for starters. We proceeded to walk to the back and we finally saw an associate.
