Went into this store to purchase some clothes. We got to the counter and they asked for an email. I gave them my email and then they asked for my phone number. I didn’t want to give them my phone number so they informed me I could not return anything In my purchase if I didn’t give them my information. I canceled my transaction and left. Forcing someone to give you their information doesn’t sit right with me

I was ready to spend more than $200 on two pairs of shoes, socks, and possibly some clothing, but the service at this store completely changed my mind. I waited 30 to 40 minutes just for someone to check on a shoe size, and no one ever got back to me. No follow up, no communication, just a complete waste of time. Unbelievable lack of customer management. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible customer service . not enough stuff and the the staff there were they were rude and slow
