I received STATUS Exclusive Access and reserved a pair of Jordan sneakers. I followed the insturction and showed at the store at 1:45pm (the app says pick up between 11am - 2pm). There was a line outside of the store. I asked one of the employees on pick-up instructions and he told me everyone needs to wait in line. After 45 minutes of wait in line, they told me they sold my size. I spoke with the manager, she was rude and told me that I should have come earlier. Went into this store to purchase some clothes. We got to the counter and they asked for an email. I gave them my email and then they asked for my phone number. I didn’t want to give them my phone number so they informed me I could not return anything In my purchase if I didn’t give them my information. I canceled my transaction and left. Forcing someone to give you their information doesn’t sit right with me
