I was ready to spend more than $200 on two pairs of shoes, socks, and possibly some clothing, but the service at this store completely changed my mind. I waited 30 to 40 minutes just for someone to check on a shoe size, and no one ever got back to me. No follow up, no communication, just a complete waste of time. Unbelievable lack of customer management. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible customer service . not enough stuff and the the staff there were they were rude and slow
I visited the store today and left highly disappointed. For starters, the store was not busy, and there were about three associates on the floor working. I approached a male associate and asked if they had a size 7 available. The man looked at me confused, scanned the shoe, left, and came back about five or six minutes later, asking me what I was trying to do. I told him that I wanted to try the shoe on. Giving you guys a 0 star because one of your workers made a big scene and deal out of freaking sauce in the food court and being rude af. Also made a big deal about not giving us discounts but aint nobody going to your store anyways
