I came to return an item and whoever cashier 0399576 is some white guy with a beard and wears a cap at the register has the saddest attitude as if he didn’t choose to apply to that job.. suck it up and have better customer service I see why it has 2.9 stars
The two workers that help us with the sizes were great and very helpful yet the two cashiers that were working today weren’t as helpful, Instead of attending us and helping us get our things quickly they were taking their sweet time and having a whole conversation very slowly we were in a rush and needed to leave.
Pésima la atención del manager ... fui a cambiar la talla de un jogger y un jacket y no hubo y no quiso cambiarme por otro modelo .... al final me lo cambio pero tuve que soportar su mala cara y mala actitud hasta que haga el cambio y hablaba en inglés porque supuestamente yo no lo iba a entender .... no vuelvo a esa tienda
