"Extremely disappointed. I specifically planned my evening to stop by this store, relying on their advertised closing time of 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:15 PM only to find the doors locked and closed.This is not the first time this has happened. Inconsistent hours show a total lack of respect for customers' time and make it impossible to rely on this business. It's a shame that this store took spotlight from footlocker....

This place doesn't deserve even one star. Staff is not helpful and extremely rude. The wouldn't accept a return of sneakers less than 12 hours old. Allege they are worn which is funny when the only shoes they have are the store display that is already worn. Horrible place!!!
Great customer service at this union city/ bergenline location. Natalie & Yendry were super nice & helpful. They listened to my needs and helped me genuinely! First time & will definitely be back!
