Sandra C. I called this company because my Trane heating unit went out. When I called I was told there would be a $79 service call fee. When the service guy finally determined my problem to be the transformer, I asked him how much that would cost, he said $250. I agreed thinking that transformers where expensive. When he completed the work and gave me the bill, I was shocked to see that they have a predetermined pricing sheet. They should have informed me of this and did not.
