Dish Network has had a problem for over 1 year with their Hopper 3 not connecting to Netflix. If you check their community blog you will see all the customer complaints and for how long this has been going on. How can J D Powers rate them #1 in customer service when a problem that has existed for over 1 year still has no firm date resolution?
Per my research, during last economic crisis rating agencies rated banks stock as good option to invest. But they begged for bailout after few months. For me, if jd power rated something A+++++ it will be useless for me.
