Called John because my heater wasn't turning on. He came out about an hour later and started working on it. He was very professional and commutative. He gets the job done and does a good job ! Highly recommend.
We had moved into a new house and wanted to get a heat pump. I called around to a few places, but John was by far the most informative, responsive, and professional. He provided clear and comprehensive information about the options, with links to more info if I wanted it. He was always very responsive with any questions before, during, and after the project.
