Well, my friend and I don't know who are writing these 5 star reviews - maybe family and friends? My friend - a senior and recently widowed was treated very poorly by this guy. She spoke with him 1 week after her husband died for maintenance on her boiler. He said yes and asked for her address so now he knows where she lives and her phone number yet when she called him at the end of the winter, he didn't respond then said he was too busy. I highly recommend JD Mechanical. John responded promptly to our heater issue. After inspection, he identified the problem as the wires rather than the suspected gas pump regulator. That was good news! He completed the repair efficiently at a very fair price. We appreciate his integrity and professional service.

Called John because my heater wasn't turning on. He came out about an hour later and started working on it. He was very professional and commutative. He gets the job done and does a good job ! Highly recommend.
We had moved into a new house and wanted to get a heat pump. I called around to a few places, but John was by far the most informative, responsive, and professional. He provided clear and comprehensive information about the options, with links to more info if I wanted it. He was always very responsive with any questions before, during, and after the project.
