Salvador Castillo has been an amazing part of JD Management, very promptly answering our maintenance request even during after hours. He has gone out of his way multiple times to help us with our electricity and shower drain and we truly appreciate him!
Dennis has made renting through JD Management an absolutely amazing process. He always answer our calls or requests. We also can’t say enough positive things about Jack and Travis (Rehab Rescue) who answered the emergency call when we had some leak/flooding issues in our home. Dennis, Jack, and Travis are the best!
I try my best to create good will and try not to write poor reviews. Rather, I just don't do more business with bad people. However, in the case of JD Management, I think I would be doing the world more harm than good if I did not share what awful service and terrible attitude is provided by these folks. As soon as they received the management contract for the building, the "full service" which was included became nearly no service - we couldn't even get the recycling taken out of the office to the locked garbage containers,... read more
