I'm sure the owners will wonder why I'm posting so many years later, I'm pretty sure they didn't have this option when my work was done in 2000. I am still living with the results of their poor advice given to me. I am not a bathroom or construction expert that's why I hired them. I had a bathroom tiled floor to ceiling. I visited the showroom and met with John and Vicky in Dec 18 regarding a renovation project. We were told they would provide a design scheme/package and subsequent quote. Quotes and design is NOT free here. But I decided to see what they could do. John provided a rudimentary CAD design and Vicky provided a few informal recommendations walking around the showroom; appliance options, tile, fixtures, etc. Again, nothing formal. My sister used JD Kitchens for her kitchen and 3 bathrooms and they were great! Ed stood with us in the rain while we did the templates, he was so patient and spent a lot of time with us. Jill found the quartz she needed, Will and Jason were always available to help with color design and any questions and Adrian did an excellent job installing the cabinets.
