Amazing service I got my watches adjusted they don't charge me if it's a small adjustment, and when I wasn't happy with how a watch fitted they refunded me immediately, 10/10

Excellent service, they take pride in their work and are honest. I never felt coercion, deceit, up charging or any negative sales practices. Got an amazing engagement ring where they took time to ensure it was right for my lady and memorized her wishes. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained and demonstrated reasons for prices and specific craftsmanship decisions. Pricing was competitive and better than most.
