Was super thankful for Karen in the camping area on the second floor. Other than Karen the customer service was horrible. Find somewhere else to shop...the employees here are rude. If you have to go in, find Karen. She’s friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
A very professional Outdoor Outfitting Shop to fulfill your fishing, hunting, camping, and clothing needs. Professional Staff, excellent product lines, great service. People and Dog friendly. One of the best Shops on Jackson Square.
Super awesome place super friendly staff.
Terrible service. Wanted to try a few hiking shoes and they keep shoes in the cellar so waited for a worker. Couldn't find a shoe person. 3 guys hanging out in front so I interrupted the fun. One grabbed a few boxes and then disappeared. Needed to try one more so just left. Online order for me!

This place is awesome!! Great knowledgeable staff on everything from hunting to fishing. Me and my wife booked a full day fishing and it was a super smooth process thanks to kris! Then on the day of our trip we met with kris again who helped get everything ready and then we met with our guide Byron! This guy was amazing to!! Taught us how to use the fly rod and then put us on some nice fish! Hands down one of the best fishing trips I’ve been on... and Byron also brought and amazing lunch!
