If you want good reliable service for your money, don't go here. Will take a bunch of money and leave you high and dry. Will in return give you a crock of shhhhh. What they did to my daughter her car was louder than when she took it here. John the muffler man repaired it. They came back and screwed it up. For a whole $1000 bucks.

Disappointing first experience here. I work nearby and a friend referred me over here for some simple work I need. I rang the bell during business hours and a guy eventually came to the door and said hello but did not let me in. (?) I explained what I needed done and the look on his face was one of “why are you bothering me?” He said “yeah we’re really busy. Maybe we could get to it Friday.” I said oh, ok. My car battery was so dead that I couldn't even jump start it. I spotted JD's shop from the parking lot I was in and walked over there, desperate for help. JD himself dropped everything he was doing and walked a block and a half to my car with his battery charger and got my car running in no time. When I asked how much I owed, he said "nothing". That is what customer service is all about. I will not hesitate to use JD's shop for any work my car may need in the future! Thanks JD!
