Its been two (2) years since I used JD Carton & Son Inc. and boy do I still feel what a mistake it was. Just the personal items lost and how their company tells you to go to an arbitrator to seek some sort of settlement and find out they are just as misleading and create phony documentation to backup their side. If anybody is reading this please beware and don't waste your time and money with this company its not worth it trust me! I'm so, so, sorry for using them to move my personal property so, so, sorry.... Beware please.... read more

I would strongly recommend against anyone using this company. Below is a description of the awful experience that I had with JD Carton. The packers showed with absolutely no idea of what they were supposed to do. Other than the address they had no information. The lead of the crew asked multiple times "Are you sure this a full pack?". The packing crew did not show up with the correct materials. They did not bring any wardrobe boxes for our clothes or a TV box. The packing crew did not show up with enough boxes. One of the me... read more

Pissed In Morris County – I move from a small three bedroom on the second floor to a small two bedroom house. I had everything packed and ready for the move, but once the drivers got there, everything fell to pieces. One of the movers was an older man who was clearly not happy about moving things down stairs. JD Carton - Great moving company! – Recently my husband and I moved from NJ to NC. We had been living in our first and only home for 28 years. I was apprehensive since moving wasn't a common occurance for us. We decided to go with Allied, and that decision proved to be the right one. Had a great experience from day one. The sales person was knowledgble and very responsive to our quesitons. The driver did a pre move walk through of our space and was totally prepared on the day of the move. On move day everything went as expected if not better. The driver(s) and crew were very professional.
