UPDATE 8/26/2025: I was supposed to get my car back today, and instead I've had all my phone calls ignored and didn't get any word if the car is repaired and ready to go. I'd give this place negative stars at this point. Will update when I hear something which will probably be another week or so. Worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. I financed a 2011 chevy cruze from this place and the engine blew up in under 60 days. They told me they'd fix it within 2 weeks and it's been 5 weeks currently and I still do not have the vehicle. Matt the mechanic let me know they damaged the car while bolting in the new engine and proceeded to tell me that I won't have the car for yet another week. To their credit they did wave my last 2 car payments but that's all they've done. They won't pay for a rental, or give me a loner car. TH... read more
