Don’t even waste your time here..terrible company and terrible communication. They sold me a GMC Terrain and when it needs actual maintenance they refused to take action & fix the car I was even threatened with my wages being garnished because I don’t feel comfortable paying for a car that I currently can’t drive and I’ve explained this multiple times. Terrible customer service. I’ve gone two weeks without a car now because my engine went out only 8 months after buying a car from them. They don’t care enough to fix it for me even though I’m under warranty. They don’t answer their phone. If I had the choice to go back in time I wouldn’t have gotten my car from them.
UPDATE 8/26/2025: I was supposed to get my car back today, and instead I've had all my phone calls ignored and didn't get any word if the car is repaired and ready to go. I'd give this place negative stars at this point. Will update when I hear something which will probably be another week or so. Worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. I financed a 2011 chevy cruze from this place and the engine blew up in under 60 days. They told me they'd fix it within 2 weeks and it's been 5 weeks currently and I still do not have the vehicle. Matt the mechanic let me know they damaged the car while bolting in the new engine and proceeded to tell me that I won't have the car for yet another week. Wish I could put negative stars. Don’t ever go here. Not now not next year not ever. Save two checks and by a beater car. You’ll be 7 years ahead of anyone that goes here.
