Worst service ever they had to it right replace my car for a different one because there joke of a service team couldn’t figure out the issue. Have had a leak issue with the replacement vehicle since the time of getting it told over and over there is no leak took to 2 other service shops took back to Jackson with proof and given some lame excuse that it’s not really a leak other companies just want your money. I bought a car that had an issue that was supposed to get fixed the first week. Never happened! I called I was told someone would reach out never happened! Now I have several issues with the car that I keep being told are normal like I'm some kind of idiot! I have to tell you, I'm 64 years old and have never had such a positive experience in purchasing a vehicle as I have had with Byrider Boise. I've purchase two vehicles and recommended two other friends which both purchased vehicles from Byrider. From the salesman ,Omar, to the service manager, Jackson along with Taylor, Alicia and the rest of the staff, I have never had such a more positive experience.
