My experience was great at JD Byrider. Jason went above and beyond helping me finance the car I wanted even in my tough credit situation. Very kind and personable. Monica, the finance manager, was also great.She explained everything so anyone could understand it.
The day I bought my car. The drivers side tire literally flew off of my car as I was driving it. The lug nut snapped off. Ever since I have replaced like 5 tires in 7 months. They keep going bald in like 45 days. I took it into get it checked along with a oil change. They said nothing wrong with the car except bald tire. No way is it bald tires. I am beyond happy with my visit here. I got denied a bunch if times and got approved here. Not only was justin kind to me and my fiance but also my child. We love our new car and are so happy with our purchase! Highly recommend them to anyone looking!
