Typical car dealership, they kiss ass until you sign. The first month, I had several issues from tires, doors not locking, alarm randomly going off, and all of which they had no idea about. Every week it's something new, with business like this, they will most definitely be out of business soon. Not sure if getting a lawyer would be worth it but this company does not stand behind the car's they sale. Approximately 15 a month. [-10 ]rating from me��������������������. "Worst dealership in northeast ohio"

I had the best first time car buyer experience. Ryan conrad was great. I thought car salesman were quit aggregating. Everyone there were very friendly and laid back. First place I refer people to. If you go by mention my name Dakota Hunter.

These people are some of the worst car dealers I've ever had to deal with. They guarantee you over the phone and web just to get you to come to their office, so they can turn you down there. I'm guessing they have to do the signatures and physical paper work to get commissions. We wasted our time and gas money, not to mention the person who drove us there, time. Never believe or trust them!
