This company is HORRIBLE and communication is bad when it comes to your car getting serviced. I had a car with them and took it back , got another one and it was worse than the first one i only took it back because it was hard getting out of it when i went to regular & better dealers. With the second car its worse than the first one, 3 months being in the car i needed a brake booster , new thermostat now i need a new engine and battery. The customer service is terrible and so is the cars. My check engine light came on my dash board only just having the car for almost 5months. When I first got the car I was swapped out 3 different times into different cars all because they couldnt plate the vehicle. I was even sent home one night in a Uber with my baby because of the situation. These people give us as black people a bad reputation because of the customer service and bad attitudes that float around the business.
This place is horrible they give you a warranty that covers basically nothing, your car WILL BREAK DOWN in under 8 months and they will play koy about fixing your vehicle than they hound you about a payment when they arent even trying to respond to their own customers about the conditions of their vehicles.
