WOW I would not use this guy EVER. Incredibly rude and disrespectful for no reason whatsoever. Just called this guy, hung up right away in the middle of the ringing as I realized this might not be the right number and he immediately called back. I explained to him that we had just purchased a home, gave him the address. I explained we had a receipt with what was done with the name JCTB Inspections, Inc. and was wondering if he was the one who did the inspection on the house as we were wondering the results. Tim did an very good job inspecting everything, he was very thorough and didn't mind taking the time to explain to me how everything works in good detail. You can tell by talking too him he is a very well educated man who enjoys his career. I will definetly use him again for an inspection.
