Can't give a rating because nobody returned my phone call so 0.00 I want to give zero but it's forcing me to give a star..... How thoughtful of you to respond to this review after I recommend that nobody use you , 4 days after the snow and now that it's melted. What a joke
I'm giving this company a 5 star review because Boone County Concrete gave them a zero because he claims he didn't get a call back for snow removal. We were just slammed with over 10" of snow and I own a business and I got nearly 300 calls in less than 2 days. Sometimes it's impossible to call people back when the opine won't stop ringing. This guy gave 3 negative reviews within e hours to 3 different companies ies- all 1 stars yet his profile shows no other reviews ever given.
