I’ve been renting here for nearly 10 years, and that alone says a lot about how positive my experience has been. The property management team is consistently responsive, professional, and reliable. Anytime something comes up in the building, it’s addressed quickly and thoroughly, which makes a huge difference day to day. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property and supporting their tenants! I truly appreciate how well they’ve taken care of things over the years and would absolutely recommend them.

I have owned homes for 50 years and thought it would be hard to rent in an apartment complex. Not at all! The whole process was a breeze. It’s a top notch company and I haven’t met a single employee who hasn’t taken care of every need with respect and kindness. Totally Liz Metayer

In an age of corporate owned and maintained apartment buildings, it's rare to find a place that's locally owned and maintained. Perennial Place and Station Square are two of these rare finds, built, owned and maintained by a local company. The owners' presence is felt consistently by the tenants, whether it's contact by them personally or by their management and maintenance crew. Having been here nearly two years it a pleasure not to have to even think about upkeep on my home. So many things are cared for by JCS that I can relax and enjoy my friendly neighbors here and the great guys who take care of the place.

The best move I could have made was moving to Perennial Place a year ago. They keep,it very well maintained and the crew is always ready to help,as is the office staff, and cheerfully doing so.
